Characteristics:
We want to increase the activity of disadvantaged groups for self implementation through individual action plan and motivation advice – creating self-employment - own business. Through long term cooperation of new community, or collective with DP, we want to combine economical needs of local community. This cooperation will improve the positions and behaviour of direct but also indirect participants. Among the main project objectives are creating of economical development model focused on re-accessing of human and natural possibilities in this area, with the help of: improving social goodness focused on employment, re-construction and strengthening of awareness in this area, creating of economical integrated production system in this area, providing suitable services for new entrepreneurs finishing the course, implementing commercial initiatives, which will gradually improve position of this territory on the market, study of agro-tourism and gastronomic products with cultural meaning.
It follows, that we will be able to implement real connection of present „capital“ and „knowledge“ and so achieve connection of population in the development process.

Development partnership is composed of members, who have experience in working with unemployed people, with their placement in labour market, they very well know actual used practise in labour market. Labour Office in Piestany and Nove Mesto nad Vahom work with unemployed and therefore know, what are the achieved results of their placement in employment, they know what practise is used in the particular regions and therefore also its positive and negative sides.
Development partnership proposes, using this knowledge, the innovative solutions for strengthening and creation of effective methods of employing people, for support of self-education and creation of new jobs.
