Day I
Wednesday, October 25

09:00 Pick up at the accommodation and transfer to Lula Town Hall.

09:15 Welcome from the hosting DP;
brief presentation of each delegation by one representative

09:30 Departure of beneficiaries for the visits.
Opening of the meeting
Appointment of the chairperson and secretary of the meeting

09:45-10:20 National Projects and Products: the State of the Art.
Brief presentation (about 10 minutes) from each DP

10:20-11:00 Evaluation – Leader Italy
Second report. Presentation by the leader of the activity. Discussion

11:00-11:15 Coffee break

11:15-12:00 The mainstreaming.
Discussion about all possible ideas to implement the mainstreaming

12:00-13:00 Methodological Guide A “Producers Installation and Development”- Leader Slovakia / France
The State of the Art of the product. Confirm of objective, means, KPI; decisions about next steps

 

13:00-14:30 Lunch in Lula

14:30-15:30 Methodological Guide C “Work with Consumers” Leader France.
The State of the Art. Difficulties and solutions. Confirm of objective, means, KPI. Fix stages and milestones.

15:30-16:30 Project Actors Personal Exchange
Open discussion about the possibility for this activity. Each DP should consider; its budget, the objectives, who, what, why, when, where?

16:30-17,30 Next steering committee: dates, actions for final meeting, products to present etc.

17:30 Transfer from Lula to the accommodations

19:00 Pick up at accommodations and Transfer to an agritourism for a typical dinner with beneficiaries

22:30 Transfer back to the accommodation

 

Day II
Thursday, October 26

08:45 Pick up at the accommodation and transfer to Lula Town Hall.

09:00-09:30 Methodological guide B “Cartoon” – Leader Portugal
Presentation by leader of a first version of final product.

09:30-10:30 Web-site – leader Slovakia
Confirm of objective, means, KPI and decisions about next steps. Fix any other important aspect of this activity

10:30-12:00 Workshop: “The traditional hand-made pasta”
The Local Association will present this particular activity.

12:00-14:00 Lunch with beneficiaries

 

14:00-15:00 Meeting with beneficiaries.

15:00-16:00 Working Group Methodological Guide A – Leader Slovakia / France.

16:00 Closing of the meeting
